PHASE ONE
A Home.
The vision begins with a home. Not simply because we need somewhere to live, but because a home creates opportunities that are difficult to recreate anywhere else.
It's a place where conversations don't have to end because a coffee shop is closing, where meals naturally turn into hours around the table, where someone in transition can find a safe place to land for a season, and where the everyday work of House Upon a Hill continues to grow — recording the podcast, meeting with people, developing resources, building Creative Blueprint.

What phase one looks like right now

A home in the Midlothian / Chesterfield County, VA area

Enough space to host small gatherings, record the podcast, and meet with people

A guest space or spare room for someone in a season of transition

Support with moving, furnishing, or setup as we relocate
PHASE TWO
Growing beyond the home.
As we continue looking ahead, we believe God is leading us toward a larger property where this way of life can continue to grow; not as separate ministries, but as different parts of one community working together.

Homes & apartments
Room for people walking through seasons of transition.
Gardens & land
Space to steward creation and grow food together.
Gathering spaces
A gathering space built for every occasion — from weddings and worship to family meals and community celebrations.
Business & creative workspaces
Room for entrepreneurs and makers to build what God's placed in their hands.
What phase TWO REQUIRES

Land or acreage (rural or semi-rural, VA preferred)

Capital or capital-campaign partners

Architectural, construction, or land-use expertise

Introductions to landowners, developers, or foundations aligned with this kind of work
